Privacy policy

Short version: we store your email and what you put into the app so it works and syncs. Servers are in the EU. No ads, no tracking cookies, no selling data. You can download or delete everything in the app settings.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we store and why

• Your account: email address, the beta code you entered, sign-up date, last time you opened the app. Needed to sign you in, sync your data and tell you when the beta ends. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the service you signed up for).
• Your app content: tasks, routines, areas, notes, focus sessions and settings. Stored so you get the same data on every device. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Feedback you send: ratings and answers in the feedback form, together with your beta code and how many days you used the app. Voluntary. Used to improve the app. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in improving the product).
• Usage events: which features are used, for example “task added” or “focus session finished”, with a timestamp and your account ID. No IP address, no device fingerprint, no third-party analytics. Used to see what works and what nobody uses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Server logs: our hosting provider briefly processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. The app saves your data and sign-in session in your browser’s local storage so it works offline and keeps you signed in. This is strictly necessary for the service you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

4. Service providers

• Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA) runs our database and sign-in. Our project is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Data processing agreement in place; transfers to the USA, where they happen, are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin, Germany) sends the sign-in emails. It receives only your email address and the sign-in link or code. Data processing agreement in place.
• Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts the website. Data processing agreement in place; transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Fonts are served from our own server. We load nothing from Google.

5. How long we keep data

Account and app data: until you delete your account. Feedback: kept after account deletion, but without any link to you. Usage events: deleted with your account. Server logs: a few days at the hosting provider.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data (Art. 15–20 GDPR), and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). In the app settings you can download all your data and delete your account yourself. For anything else, email [email]. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).

• Inhalte in der App: Aufgaben, Routinen, Bereiche, Notizen, Fokus-Sessions und Einstellungen, damit du auf jedem Gerät dieselben Daten hast. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
• Feedback: Bewertungen und Antworten im Feedback-Formular, zusammen mit Beta-Code und Anzahl der Nutzungstage. Freiwillig, zur Verbesserung der App. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
• Nutzungsereignisse: welche Funktionen genutzt werden (z. B. „Aufgabe angelegt“) mit Zeitpunkt und Konto-ID. Keine IP-Adresse, kein Geräte-Fingerprint, keine Analyse-Dienste Dritter. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
• Server-Logs: Unser Hosting-Anbieter verarbeitet kurzzeitig technische Daten wie IP-Adresse und Browsertyp, um die Seite auszuliefern und abzusichern. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

3. Cookies und lokaler Speicher

Wir setzen keine Tracking- oder Werbe-Cookies. Die App speichert deine Daten und deine Anmeldung im lokalen Speicher deines Browsers, damit sie offline funktioniert und du angemeldet bleibst. Das ist für den gewünschten Dienst unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG).

4. Dienstleister

• Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA): Datenbank und Anmeldung. Unser Projekt liegt in der EU (Frankfurt). Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag liegt vor; etwaige Übermittlungen in die USA sind durch EU-Standardvertragsklauseln abgesichert.
• Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin): Versand der Anmelde-E-Mails. Erhält nur deine E-Mail-Adresse und den Anmeldelink bzw. -code. Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag liegt vor.

Schriftarten liefern wir vom eigenen Server aus. Wir laden nichts von Google.

5. Speicherdauer

Konto- und App-Daten bis zur Löschung deines Kontos. Feedback bleibt danach erhalten, aber ohne Bezug zu dir. Nutzungsereignisse werden mit dem Konto gelöscht. Server-Logs wenige Tage beim Hosting-Anbieter.

6. Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 15–20 DSGVO) sowie auf Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen auf Basis berechtigter Interessen (Art. 21 DSGVO). In den Einstellungen der App kannst du alle Daten herunterladen und dein Konto selbst löschen. Für alles andere: [E-Mail].
